Wouldn’t you love to win a shopping spree worth $50,000? So would I! While not a contest, the $50K that builder Boulder Creek Neighborhoods is offering in finish options within their Villas at Calmante seems like a prize package. What it really means is that you get that sum to apply toward design upgrades in your choice of flooring, cabinets, tile, lighting, countertops, and other design choices in these single-family patio homes. Sounds like a win to me. The builder is pre-selling these and the incentives will only be available until the model is built, around May or June. That means home buyers should be ready to jump on the inventory quickly. These low maintenance “lock and go” homes have compact yards and beautiful interiors. Prices for the Villas start from $870K.
I’ve always been a fan of what Boulder Creek Neighborhoods has included in their standard design package. I think they do a nice job in choosing quality, stylish materials and finishes. Specifically to these low-maintenance patio homes, Boulder Creek has partnered with Tesla to include solar energy in each model. If you add in the extra value of $50K in designer incentives, new homeowners can add a custom touch in the final build to make a home truly unique. They do all the continual exterior maintenance, including painting, landscaping, snow removal. It’s the best of living in a single family home but with the benefits of a maintenance service.
As a new community in the village of Superior, Calmante is ideally nestled between Denver, Boulder, Louisville, and the foothills. The area is easily accessible from all four directions, so if you work or play outside Superior you’ll find the location an ideal setting. The Calmante development is within walking distance to paved and gravel recreation trails. Shopping is abundant in Lafayette, including the Flatirons Mall and the under-construction Downtown Superior area. Services and restaurants are also close, but with the incredible views of the front range you’ll feel like you’ve got frontier to explore.
As of the writing of this blog, there is only one last townhome available within Calmante. Don’t be discouraged if your heart is set on living in one of these townhomes. Even though these are new construction and you’d think new owners would stay put, people’s situations change even just after purchasing a new build. I’ve seen new home construction re-sell rather quickly. To be sure we’ve got you covered, let’s add you to my automated MySite tool. If a listing in a desired community, neighborhood, or even specific street becomes available, you’ll receive immediate notice that a home for sale has come on the market.
I can help you with new construction options; I’ve even dedicated past blogs to the topic of why you should use a realtor when buying new home construction. As generous as the new build options are, buyers have to recognize that the builder represents the development’s investment. A realtor will represent you and your needs. Plus, realtors know the tricks of the trade to help maximize your ideal outcome. If you’re motivated to jump on available Calmante inventory right away, contact me and let’s get that $50K of design option incentive shopping spree scheduled.
