Pronounce Louisville, Colorado's name incorrectly and you'll quickly yet gently be corrected: this charming village ironically goes by the more regal "Louis-ville" versus Kentucky's down-home version of "Louey-ville."  Ranked multiple times as "The #1 Small Town in America" by Money Magazine, this attractive community lives up to its fame. As a long time Boulder County resident, I'm proud to call Louisville my home. As a contributing participant to its school system, business arena, and philanthropic efforts, Louisville is also my real estate specialty.

Louisville is an excellent choice for those who want the convenience of its location between Boulder and Denver. It neighbors Boulder yet proudly stands on its own. It has more affordable real estate, a community-driven character, a thriving historic Downtown, plus a wide variety of locally-owned shops and restaurants. Historic Downtown's Main Street has been renovated and reimagined to become a community hub. In winter, Steinbaugh Pavilion offers open air ice skating. In summer the venue hosts Street Faire live music concerts. Local favorite eateries include Moxy Bread Company, Por Wine House, and Waterloo (especially its rooftop deck!).

21,000 inhabitants spread out across 32 miles of trails. These interconnected trails and paths provide recreation opportunities and easy access to all points of town on foot or bicycle. Resident athletes have a newly remodeled rec center at their disposal, and the nearest ski resort is less than an hour away.
